Job summary

Ocean Grove Rehab and Nursing in Millsboro, DE is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our long‑term care team. Shifts available: 3p–11p Part Time 2 days (Mondays) and 11:00pm–7:00am Part Time 1 day (Fridays).

As RN Supervisor you will supervise and support nursing staff on assigned units, oversee resident care plans, conduct regular unit rounds, ensure proper incident and documentation updates, and promote a team‑oriented, quality, compliant environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Previous Supervisor experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff on assigned units
• Oversee implementation of resident care plans
• Conduct regular nursing unit rounds
• Ensure proper documentation of incidents, complaints, and clinical updates
• Promote a team-oriented environment focused on quality and compliance
