Job summary

Coral Springs Rehab and Nursing in Wilmington, DE is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to lead the long‑term care nursing team.

You will supervise nurses and aides, participate in daily clinical meetings with the management team, implement policies, ensure timely documentation, and support care plan meetings with residents and families.

Qualifications

• Active RN license
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
• Previous supervisor experience required

Responsibilities
