Job summary

Coral Harbor Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in New Jersey to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care in our 106-bed facility. The role emphasizes monitoring patient conditions, following individualized care plans, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safety and excellent clinical outcomes.

We offer a $4,000 sign-on bonus for new full-time hires, an all-inclusive hourly range of $37.00–$46.00, and shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license to practice in NJ.
• Valid BLS (CPR) certification.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care according to standards, physician plan of treatment, and written care plans.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments per care plan.
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, reporting changes promptly to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation per physician orders and facility policy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of NJ.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
