Job summary

Whispering Pines Care Center in Florida seeks an experienced Registered Nurse Unit Manager to lead the nursing team and deliver exceptional, resident-focused care. You will oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards.

The role requires a Florida RN license, 5+ years nursing experience, and at least 1 year supervision. CPR/BLS certification and strong communication/leadership skills are essential, with LTC experience preferred.

What You’ll Do

• Provide strong leadership and direction to nursing staff to ensure high-quality, outcomes-focused care

What You Bring

• Valid RN license in the state of Florida


• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience in a hospital, nursing home, or healthcare setting


• At least 1 year of experience as a nurse supervisor


• Long Term Care experience (preferred)


• CPR/BLS certification


• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and standards


• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills


• Basic computer proficiency
