Job summary

Complete Care in New Jersey is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to lead the nursing team and ensure high-quality resident care in a newly renovated center. The ideal candidate holds an Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Nursing, an active NJ RN license, and at least 2 years of SNF management experience, with BLS and IV certification.

You will supervise staff, conduct rounds, and coordinate with physicians to achieve positive outcomes.

• Ensure regulatory compliance and HIPAA adherence
• Provide education and support to staff, residents, and families

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff on the assigned shift and ensure quality resident care
• Conduct nursing rounds throughout the shift
• Provide education and support to staff, residents, and resident family members
• Assess the unique needs of each resident and help determine appropriate treatment plans
• Monitor treatments and resident progress in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
• Coordinate with physicians and other care team members to support positive outcomes
• Ensure staff perform their duties in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Other duties as assigned by leadership

RN Unit Manager Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Current, unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License
• 2 years SNF Management Experience
• BLS, IV Certified
• Previous staff management experience preferred
• Supervise nursing staff on the assigned shift and ensure quality resident care
• Conduct nursing rounds throughout the shift
• Provide education and support to staff, residents, and resident family members
