Job summary

Complete Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead our compassionate nursing team at our newly renovated center in New Jersey. The role focuses on high-quality resident care, staff leadership, and ensuring safety on each shift.

You will supervise nursing staff, monitor medication administration and rounds, and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines. A current NJ RN license, BLS, and IV certification are required, with at least 2 years in SNF management

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• BLS certification and IV certified.
• Current, unencumbered New Jersey RN license.
• Minimum 2 years SNF management experience.
• Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise nursing staff on the assigned shift and monitor medication administration.
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times during the shift.
• Provide education and support to staff, residents, and families as needed.
• Ensure staff perform duties in line with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Support the nursing team in maintaining high standards of resident care and safety.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by leadership.

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• BLS, IV Certified
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License
• Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required
• Directly supervise nursing staff on the assigned shift by monitoring medication administration, blood draws, and other elements of resident care
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift
• Provide education and support to staff, residents, and resident family members as needed
• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
• Support the nursing team in maintaining high standards of resident care and safety
• Other duties as assigned by the Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, or Administrator
• Minimum 2 years SNF management experience
