Job summary

Complete Care at Willow Creek is seeking an RN Unit Manager to lead the nursing team on shift, oversee resident care, and coordinate with physicians to ensure positive outcomes. You will supervise staff, conduct rounds, and support education for residents, families, and team members.

The role requires an RN license in New Jersey, a nursing degree, and 2 years of SNF management experience, with BLS and IV certification. Join our renovated center and grow with a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.
• Current, unencumbered New Jersey RN license.
• 2 years SNF management experience preferred.
• BLS and IV certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff on the assigned shift and ensure quality resident care.
• Conduct nursing rounds throughout the shift.
• Provide education and support to staff, residents, and resident family members.
• Assess the unique needs of each resident and help determine appropriate treatment plans.
• Monitor treatments and resident progress in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
• Coordinate with physicians and care team to support positive outcomes.
• Ensure staff perform duties in line with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Other duties as assigned by the ADN, DON, or Administrator.

RN Unit Manager Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

• 2 years SNF Management Experience
