Job summary

North Port Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to lead our nursing team and deliver exceptional resident care. You will guide daily operations, drive quality outcomes, and ensure adherence to policies and regulatory standards.

The role requires strong clinical leadership, a current RN license, and experience in long-term care. We value teamwork, accountability, and a commitment to improving resident quality of life.

Qualifications

• Active RN license and at least 1 year of nurse supervision experience.
• Long Term Care experience preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.

What You’ll Do
