• Valid RN license in Florida.
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience in a hospital, nursing home, or healthcare setting.
• At least 1 year of nurse supervisor experience (Long Term Care preferred).

• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
