Job summary

Baya-Pointe-Nursing- is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to lead our nursing team and deliver exceptional resident care. You will oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive patient-centered policies that improve outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold a Florida RN license, have 5+ years of nursing experience with at least 1 year in supervision, and possess CPR/BLS certification. LTC experience is preferred; strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Florida.
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience in hospital, nursing home, or healthcare setting.
• At least 1 year of experience as a nurse supervisor.
• Long Term Care experience preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
