Job summary

Complete Care at Madison is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for weekend coverage. This part-time/per diem role covers 2nd and 3rd shifts, leading the nursing team to ensure high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance.

The RN supervisor will oversee medication administration, rounds, and staff education, while maintaining a compassionate, safe environment. CMS 5 Stars recognition highlights our commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Current, unencumbered New Jersey RN license.
• Point Click Care (PCC) experience required.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and provide leadership during the shift.
• Ensure proper medication administration and quality resident care.
• Conduct multiple nursing rounds during each shift.
• Monitor residents' conditions and address changes appropriately.
• Provide education, guidance, and support to nursing staff.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and leadership.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal healthcare regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by nursing leadership.
