Job summary

Silver Springs Care Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee, coordinate, assign, direct, and prioritize the work of nursing staff to ensure efficient operation of the nursing unit.

This full-time role includes weekday supervisors and a weekend Baylor Supervisor, with sign-on or Baylor bonus eligibility for qualifying candidates. Benefits include competitive health insurance, a 401(k) with employer match, PTO, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Valid RN License in the State of Connecticut.
• One year of experience in acute care and/or long-term care in a skilled nursing facility preferred, not required.
• Proficiency in English, including speaking, reading, and writing, required.
• COVID-19 Primary Series vaccination required; booster not required.
