iCare Health Network's 60 West in Rocky Hill, CT is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead patient care across units during 7p-7a weekend shifts. You will supervise licensed and unlicensed staff, coordinate daily care, and report changes in resident condition to the physician.

Requirements include an active Connecticut RN license, CPR and IV certification, and 2+ years as Charge Nurse or Supervisor in long-term care or rehab. Competitive benefits, salary and clear growth opportunities await.

Formación

• Current/active State of Connecticut RN license.
• Bachelors or Associate Degree in a health related field preferred.
• Current CPR and IV certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years as Charge Nurse or Supervisor in long-term care/rehabilitation.
• Staff development, infection control or MDS experience a plus.

Our RN Supervisors are responsible for:

• Providing daily supervision and coordination of patient care in all units as assigned for licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel in the Nursing Department.
• Maintaining overall responsibility for resident assessments and for the recognition and reporting of resident change of condition to the attending physician.

They must also have:

• Current/active State of Connecticut RN license.
• A Bachelors or Associate Degree in a health related field preferred.
• A current CPR and IV certification.
• Requires a minimum of 2 years of increased responsibility as a Charge Nurse or Supervisor in long term care and/or in a rehabilitation facility.
• Other experience in Staff Development, Infection Control or MDS is a plus but not required.
