Job summary

Apploi is recruiting an RN Baylor Supervisor for 60 West in Rocky Hill, CT. This role oversees daily patient care in all units, coordinating licensed and unlicensed staff, and ensuring timely resident assessments and communication with the physician.

The position operates 7p–7a on weekends, offering competitive pay and benefits. Requirements include an active CT RN license, CPR and IV certification, and at least 2 years in a charge/ supervisory role in LTC or rehab.

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut RN license
• Bachelor's or Associate Degree in a health-related field preferred
• Current CPR and IV certification
• Minimum 2 years of increased responsibility as a Charge Nurse or Supervisor in long term care/rehabilitation
• Experience in Staff Development, Infection Control or MDS a plus

Our RN Supervisors are responsible for:

• Providing daily supervision and coordination of patient care in all units as assigned for licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel in the Nursing Department.
• Maintaining overall responsibility for resident assessments and for the recognition and reporting of resident change of condition to the attending physician.

They must also have:

• Current/active State of Connecticut RN license.
• A Bachelors or Associate Degree in a health related field preferred.
• A current CPR and IV certification.
• Requires a minimum of 2 years of increased responsibility as a Charge Nurse or Supervisor in long term care and/or in a rehabilitation facility.
• Other experience in Staff Development, Infection Control or MDS is a plus but not required.
