Job summary

iCare Health Network is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for a Monday-Friday 7 am-3 pm shift at Touchpoints at Chestnut in Connecticut. The role oversees nursing staff, coordinates care, and prioritizes assignments to maintain efficient unit operation and high-quality resident care.

Qualified candidates will hold a CT RN license with strong English proficiency. Prior acute or long-term care experience is preferred but not required; sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 is offered and

Qualifications

• CT RN license required.
• 1 year experience in acute or long-term care preferred, not required.
• English proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, coordinate, assign, direct, and prioritize nursing staff to ensure efficient unit operation.

Qualifications

• Valid RN License in the State of Connecticut
• One year of experience in acute care and/or long-term care in a skilled nursing facility preferred, not required.
• Proficiency in English, including speaking, reading, and writing, required.
• COVID-19 Primary Series vaccination required.Booster shots are not required Religious and Medical Exemptions are available
