Schedule: Full‑Time Day or Night – 7a–7p OR 7p–7a
Compensation starting: $40.12/hour
Competitive shift differentials for nights $5 and weekends $3.50

Responsibilities
- In collaboration with the physician and preceptor, implement the assessment plan, evaluate, and follow up on patient care, ensuring holistic consideration of physical, emotional, social, educational, and functional needs.
- Interpret assessment data to develop a nursing care plan that includes problem identification, nursing diagnosis, nursing orders, approaches, interventions, short/long‑term goals, and discharge planning.
- Participate as a productive member of the interdisciplinary team in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of rehabilitation goals.
- Ensure that documents in the medical record are complete, factual, accurate, and timely.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Valid state RN license required.
- BLS certification required at hire.
- Flexibility to schedule required for completion of orientation and program requirements.
