Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital in St. Charles, MO is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time day or night shifts, 7-7, with every-other-weekend rotation. Compensation ranges from $40.12 to $54.00 per hour, plus nights and weekends differentials and a $20,000 sign-on bonus for nights and $15,000 for days.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Missouri.
• BLS certification required at hire.
• ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and monitor clinical status.
• Document assessments, interventions and outcomes accurately.
• Administer medications and maintain safety protocols within a post-ICU setting.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to plan and adjust care.

• Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
• Timely and accurate documentation using appropriate systems
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License
• BLS is required at hire.
