Family Pillars Homecare, LLC seeks dedicated RNs and LPNs to provide skilled home health in Naples, FL. Per diem position with flexible shifts, wound care, IVs, and care plan coordination. Florida-licensed clinicians with CPR and background screening are preferred to support intermittent visits and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities include documentation, collaboration with physicians, and maintaining HIPAA-compliant records while delivering compassionate, punctual nursing services.

Qualificações

• Active Florida RN (Compact license accepted).
• Current CPR certification (BLS) required.
• Level 2 background screening completed.
• TB screening/physical within the past 6 months.
• Experience in Medicare-certified home health preferred.
• Familiarity with EMRs (Axxess) and PDGM/OASIS for RNs.
• Excellent clinical judgment and communication; time management.
• Reliable transportation and punctual, professional care.

About The Role

We are seeking dedicated and clinically sound RNs and LPNs to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. This role includes intermittent visits, private duty shifts, and care plan coordination. Key Responsibilities

• Perform skilled nursing visits: wound care, IV administration, medication management, patient assessments
• Carry out shift-based care for patients needing extended clinical support
• Monitor and document patient condition and progress
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to update care plans
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with HIPAA and CMS guidelines (OASIS documentation required for RN)
• Uphold infection control standards and agency protocols.
