Job summary

Family Pillars Homecare, LLC is seeking dedicated RNs and LPNs to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes on a flexible per diem basis. If licensed in Florida and reliable, you will perform intermittent visits, private duty shifts, and care plan coordination.

You will manage wound care, IV administration, medications, and patient assessments, while collaborating with physicians and the care team to update plans and ensure HIPAA-compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN or LPN license (Compact License accepted).
• Current CPR certification (BLS).
• Level 2 background screening (AHCA-compliant).
• TB screening and physical (within past 6 months).
• Familiarity with EMRs (e.g., Axxess) and knowledge of PDGM & OASIS for RNs.
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication skills, and time management.
• Reliable transportation and commitment to punctual, professional care.

Responsibilities
