Job summary

Family Pillars Homecare, LLC is seeking dedicated RNs and LPNs to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes across Florida. This per diem role features intermittent visits, private duty shifts, and care plan coordination in a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities include wound care, IV administration, patient assessments, and collaborating with physicians to update care plans. Requires Florida RN license (compact accepted) or LPN with relevant experience, and EMR familiarity.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN (Compact License accepted).
• Current CPR certification (BLS).
• Level 2 background screening (AHCA-compliant).
• TB screening and physical (within past 6 months).
• Experience in Medicare-certified home health strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with EMRs (Axxess) and knowledge of PDGM & OASIS for RNs.
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication skills, and time management.
• Reliable transportation and commitment to punctual, professional care.
