Family Pillars Homecare, LLC is seeking dedicated RNs and LPNs to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes in Florida. This per diem role offers flexible scheduling, intermittent visits, and care plan coordination with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.

Candidates must hold an active Florida RN or LPN license, current CPR, and pass a level 2 background check. Experience with EMRs (Axxess) and knowledge of PDGM & OASIS for RNs is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Active Florida RN or LPN license (Compact license accepted).
• Current CPR certification (BLS).
• Level 2 background screening (AHCA-compliant).
• TB screening and physical (within past 6 months).
• Experience in Medicare-certified home health strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with EMRs (Axxess) and knowledge of PDGM & OASIS for RNs.
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication skills, and time management.
• Reliable transportation and commitment to punctual, professional care.

About The Role
