Job summary

Episcopal Homes of Minnesota in St. Paul seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to join the Long-Term Care Nursing team. The RN will administer medications, assess residents, develop care plans, and support transitions of care for residents recovering from hospitalization or surgery.

This full-time position is 0.8 FTE with hours 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Pay ranges from $36.00 to $43.93 per hour based on experience, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 403(b)

Qualifications

• Current Minnesota RN license in good standing.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Assess residents’ physical, mental, and emotional needs.
• Develop and update individualized plans of care.
• Monitor conditions and communicate changes to providers and families.
• Supervise caregiving staff and collaborate with the health team.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and participate in QA.
