Episcopal Homes of Minnesota is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing team in St. Paul, MN.

The PM shift (2:30pm-10:30pm), full-time 0.8 FTE, includes weekends and holiday rotations, with care planning, medication administration, vitals monitoring, and documentation in EMR. Candidates must be an LPN in good standing, CPR/First Aid certified, and possess strong assessment and communication skills.
