Job summary

Oklahoma City Rehabilitation Hospital in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process. You will develop care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team.

You will communicate changes in a patient’s condition to physicians and nursing leadership and participate actively in discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition home or to another care setting.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as an RN.
• BLS certification required from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross.

Responsibilities

• Provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process.
• Develop nursing care plans in coordination with patient, family and interdisciplinary staff as necessary.
• Communicate changes in patient's clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate.

Minimum Qualifications:
