Tulsa Rehabilitation Hospital in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide planning and delivery of patient care. The ideal candidate will develop nursing care plans in collaboration with patients and the healthcare team, and must have strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualificações

Overview

Provides planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation. Develops nursing care plan in coordination with patient, family and interdisciplinary staff as necessary. Communicates changes in patient’s clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate. Participates in discharge planning process.

Pay

Rate of pay is based on years of experience and qualifications.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current state licensure as an Registered Nurse
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross. Online certification is not acceptable

Desired Experience

• Inpatient rehabilitation experience
