Job summary

Oklahoma City Rehabilitation Hospital seeks a Registered Nurse to plan and deliver direct and indirect patient care within the rehab setting. You will participate in the nursing process, communicate clinical changes to the team, and contribute to discharge planning.

The role requires active RN licensure in the state and BLS certification. Inpatient rehabilitation experience is preferred, and you will work in a supportive, collaborative environment with opportunities for skill and pay progression.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as an RN.
• BLS certification required by American Heart Association or Red Cross.
• Inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care via the nursing process (Assessment, Planning, Intervention, Evaluation).
• Develop nursing care plans in coordination with patient, family and interdisciplinary staff.
• Communicate changes in patient's clinical condition with physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager and co-workers as appropriate.
• Participate in discharge planning process.
