Frye Regional Medical Center seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Float Pool PRN position, primarily on nights. Candidates should have at least one year of hospital experience and a current RN license, with a preference for those holding a Bachelor's degree and critical care experience.

Registered Nurse (RN) – Float Pool PRN: Nights.
Schedule: 3×12‑hour shifts. Must have 1‑year plus hospital experience.
Provides direct day‑to‑day care of patients and families. Practices to the fullest extent of employee license in accordance with organizational policies. Under the direction of the Nurse Director, functions as a member of the Float Team to implement the patient’s plan of care. Provides population‑specific care and meets the developmental needs of populations served.
Tier1: Float to Nephrology/Oncology (NEON), 4N, Neuro Progressive Care Unit, Nursing Rehab, Telemetry, Progressive Stepdown Unit (IMCU), Surgical Unit. Requires BLS and other specialty‑specific certifications and a minimum of two years RN experience.
Tier2: Meet all Tier1 criteria and be competent to float to two specialty areas such as CVICU, CCU, NICU, ED, or L&D. Requires additional ACLS, NIH, and Handle with Care certifications within three months of hire or transfer.
