Cantex Continuing Care Network is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Skilled Nursing at Edgemere Estates in El Paso, TX. The role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care under physician orders and coordinating care across shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing School.
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and oversee patient care as prescribed by attending Physician.
• Observe, assess, and report patient conditions and document per Clinical Policies & Procedures.
• EMR documentation related to patient assessment and changes.
• May administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Receive, transcribe, and execute physicians' orders; implement patient care plans.
• Direct, monitor, and coordinate timely delivery of quality patient care by staff.
• Ensure Patient Care Management Systems are regularly in-serviced and used.

Qualifications: Responsibilities:

• As a Registered Nurse (RN) you will participate in and oversee the provision of patient care services consistent with accepted standards and prescribed by attending Physician.
• Observes, assesses, and reports Patient conditions/changes and documents in accordance with Cantex’s Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.

• Directs, monitors, and coordinates timely delivery of quality Patient care by all subordinate staff.
• Ensures Patient Care Management Systems are routinely in-serviced and incorporated into the delivery of patient care.
