Job summary

Cantex in Houston, TX is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our care team. You will participate in and oversee patient care, following physician orders and clinical policies to deliver compassionate, high-quality treatment.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing School.
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the provision of patient care services per standards and physician prescriptions.
• Observe, assess, report patient conditions and document per policies and regulations.
• Document EMR relevant to patient assessment and changes.
• May administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Receive, transcribe, and execute physicians’ orders and implement a patient care plan.
• Direct, monitor, and coordinate timely delivery of quality patient care by all staff.
• Ensure Patient Care Management Systems are in-serviced and incorporated into delivery of patient care.

Qualifications

• Ensures Patient Care Management Systems are routinely in-serviced and incorporated into the delivery of patient care.
