Cantex Continuing Care Network in El Paso, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join its weekend 6pm-6am team. The role involves overseeing patient care, monitoring conditions, and ensuring compliance with policies.

You will document in the EMR, transcribe orders, administer medications as prescribed, and coordinate with staff to deliver timely, quality care. RN license in Texas required; weekend incentives and strong benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Texas.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to monitor and report patient changes.
• Proficient in EMR documentation and physician order transcription.

Responsibilities

• Oversee provision of patient care as prescribed by attending physician.
• Observe, assess, and report patient conditions and document per policies and regulations.
• Document in the EMR relevant to patient assessment, evaluation, and changes of condition.
• May administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Receive, transcribe, and execute physicians’ orders and implement care plans.
• Direct, monitor, and coordinate timely delivery of quality patient care by staff.
