Job summary

Cantex is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Frisco, TX. The RN will participate in and oversee patient care services, ensuring care aligns with physician prescriptions and established standards.

Responsibilities include observing and reporting patient conditions, documenting in EMR, and administering prescribed medications. Team coordination ensures timely delivery of quality care in a supportive environment with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing School.
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and oversee patient care services per standards and physician prescription.
• Observe, assess, report changes in patient condition and document per policies and regulations.
• Document EMR entries for patient assessment and care changes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Receive and execute physician orders and implement care plans.
• Direct, monitor and coordinate timely delivery of quality patient care by staff.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• As a Registered Nurse (RN) you will participate in and oversee the provision of patient care services consistent with accepted standards and prescribed by attending Physician.
• Observes, assesses, and reports Patient conditions/changes and documents in accordance with Cantex’s Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.
• EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment, evaluation, change of condition, in accordance to nursing practices.
• May administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Receive, transcribe, and execute physicians’ orders. Evaluated and implements a Patient’s care plan.
• Directs, monitors, and coordinates timely delivery of quality Patient care by all subordinate staff.
• Ensures Patient Care Management Systems are routinely in-serviced and incorporated into the delivery of patient care.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing School
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License
