Job summary

Cantex in El Paso, TX is hiring an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and uphold high standards of patient care. Weekend 6pm–6am shifts offer a $3,000 hiring incentive and opportunities for career advancement.

You will participate in patient care, document conditions, manage orders, and coordinate care with physicians and staff while following policy and regulatory guidelines. Competitive benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing School.
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License.

Responsibilities

• As a Registered Nurse (RN) you will participate in and oversee the provision of patient care services consistent with accepted standards and prescribed by attending Physician.
• Observes, assesses, and reports Patient conditions/changes and documents in accordance with Cantex’s Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.
• EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment, evaluation, change of condition, in accordance to nursing practices.
• May administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Receive, transcribe, and execute physicians’ orders. Evaluated and implements a Patient’s care plan.
• Directs, monitors, and coordinates timely delivery of quality Patient care by all subordinate staff.
• Ensures Patient Care Management Systems are routinely in-serviced and incorporated into the delivery of patient care.
