Regency Hospital - Upstate in Anderson, SC is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time Day shift with 12-hour rotations. Compensation ranges from $40.17 to $53.00 per hour based on experience, plus a $4,000 sign-on bonus.

Regency Hospital - Upstate is a critical illness recovery hospital focused on world-class inpatient post-ICU care. The RN will participate in admissions and transfers, conduct comprehensive patient assessments, document meticulously, interpret labs and telemetry, and

Qualifications

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• BLS required at hire.
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Admissions and transfers to the unit, ensuring smooth patient transitions.
• Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment and documentation.
• Timely and accurate documentation using appropriate systems.
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry.
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
• Competence in Rapid Response and code events, patient and family instruction.
