ChristianaCare is seeking a Registered Nurse II to join the Cecil Campus Float Pool on a part-time basis (48 hours bi-weekly). The role covers day and evening shifts from 7:00 to 19:30 across various units, offering exposure to diverse patient populations and critical care experiences.

Ideal candidates hold a BSN or are committed to obtaining one within three years, with at least two years of Medical/Surgical nursing in a hospital setting and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• BSN required or commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of date of hire can be considered with relevant experience.
• Qualified applicants required have two years recent Medical/ Surgical nursing acute experience in a hospital setting
• BLS required

General Requirements:

Hourly Pay Range: $42.11 - $67.37

This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
