Job summary

ChristianaCare’s Cecil Campus in Elkton, MD is seeking a Registered Nurse II for the Float Pool on a part-time basis (48 hours bi-weekly). Shifts are 7:00 pm to 7:30 am with weekends and rotating holidays as required.

You will provide care across multiple units, sharpening skills and delivering compassionate, patient-centered support. The role requires BSN or commitment to obtain BSN within three years, and at least two years of recent Medical/Surgical nursing experience, plus BLS.

Qualifications

• BSN required or commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of date of hire can be considered with relevant experience.
• Qualified applicants required have two years recent Medical/ Surgical nursing acute experience in a hospital setting

Hourly Pay Range: $42.11 - $67.37This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
