ChristianaCare seeks an RN II for the Cecil Campus Float Pool in Elkton, MD. This full-time overnight 7:00 PM–7:30 AM shift includes weekend and rotating holiday requirements.

You will work across units in a float pool, collaborating with team members to deliver high-quality patient care and develop versatile clinical skills in a supportive environment.

Qualifikationen

• BSN required.
• ADN candidates must commit to obtaining BSN within three years of hire.
• At least one year of acute care experience required.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred (must obtain within 3 months).

Full-time/flex -72 hours bi-weekly- 7p-7:30am Shift (OVERNIGHT)

Weekend and rotating Holidays requirements per the guideline of the department.

Union Hospital in Elkton, Maryland, a part of Christiana Care Health System is seeking an RN to work in the Float Pool team. In this position, you will work in various units and learn valuable skills.

General Requirements

• BSN required.
• ADNs candidate are required to commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of date of hire can be considered with relevant experience.
• Qualified applicants will have at least one year experience. Acute care required
• BLS required
• ACLS preferred. Must get within 3 months of hire.

Hourly Pay Range: $41.28 - $66.05

This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
