Job summary

Christiana Care Health System's Union Hospital Elkton campus is seeking a Registered Nurse II to join the Cecil Campus Float Pool. This part-time position is 48 hours bi-weekly, with a 7:00 am–7:30 pm day/evening shift, and weekend plus rotating holidays per department guidelines.

You will work in multiple units, sharpening skills, advocating for patients, and collaborating with a caring team. A BSN or progress toward BSN, BLS, and recent Med/Surg experience are preferred; strong critical

• BSN required or commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of hire
• Two years recent Medical/Surgical nursing acute experience in a hospital setting
• BLS required

General Requirements:

• BSN required or commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of date of hire can be considered with relevant experience.
• Qualified applicants required have two years recent Medical/ Surgical nursing acute experience in a hospital setting
• BLS required

Hourly Pay Range: $42.11 - $67.37This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
