Job summary

ChristianaCare in Elkton, MD, is seeking a Registered Nurse II for the Cecil Campus Float Pool. The position is full-time or flexible, 72 hours bi-weekly, with 7:00 am–7:30 pm shifts (day/evening) and weekends with rotating holidays.

You will float across units, growing your skills while caring for our patients who value your expertise. Requirements include a BSN or commitment within three years, two years of recent Med/Surg nursing, and BLS.

Qualifications

• BSN required or commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of date of hire.
• Two years recent Medical/Surgical nursing experience in a hospital setting.
• BLS required.

General Requirements:

• BSN required or commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of date of hire can be considered with relevant experience.
• Qualified applicants required have two years recent Medical/ Surgical nursing acute experience in a hospital setting
• BLS required

Hourly Pay Range: $42.11 - $67.37

This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
