ChristianaCare in Elkton, MD, is seeking a Registered Nurse II for the Cecil Campus Float Pool. This part-time role covers 48 hours bi-weekly with shifts 7am-7:30pm, including weekend and rotating holidays.

The RN will work across units in a learning-focused float pool, delivering patient-centered care and collaborating with staff. Qualifications include BSN in progress or completed with two years Medical/Surgical experience and BLS.

• BSN required or commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of date of hire can be considered with relevant experience.
• Two years recent Medical/Surgical nursing acute experience in a hospital setting required.
• BLS required.

General Requirements:

BSN required or commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of date of hire can be considered with relevant experience.

Hourly Pay Range: $42.11 - $67.37This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
