Accela Post Acute Care at Hamilton is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents at our 55-bed post-acute center on the RWJ University Hospital-Hamilton campus. The RN will collaborate with a dynamic care team, administer medications, perform health assessments, develop and implement care plans, and build lasting relationships with residents and families.

This role requires NJ RN license, acute care LTC experience, and weekend rotations; we offer

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in New Jersey.
• Experience in Acute care LTC or similar settings required.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Highest level of professionalism with ability to maintain confidentiality.

Registered Nurse Qualifications:

Weekend Requirement: This position requires rotating weekends (on/off schedule). All Per Diem staff must commit to working at least one full weekend per month (both Saturday and Sunday).
