Accela Post Acute Care at Hamilton is hiring an LPN Supervisor for the 11-7 shift. The role requires an active LPN license in New Jersey and prior supervisory or charge nurse experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct rounds and ensure facility protocols are followed.
• Communicate any concerns to the Director of Nursing or appropriate department heads.
