Accela Post Acute Care at Hamilton is seeking an LPN Supervisor for the overnight shift (11 PM–7 AM) in Hamilton, NJ. The role requires an active LPN license in New Jersey and prior supervisory experience.

You will supervise nursing staff, respond quickly to resident needs, complete overnight tasks, and ensure adherence to facility protocols. The position offers weekends on a rotating basis, competitive pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401K and PTO.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in New Jersey.
• Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to resident care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff on the 11–7 shift.
• Respond to resident needs and clinical situations promptly.
• Complete required overnight assignments and documentation tasks.
• Conduct rounds and ensure facility protocols are followed.
• Communicate any concerns to the Director of Nursing or appropriate department heads.

LPN Supervisor Responsibilities Include:
