Accela Post Acute Care at Hamilton is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our 55-bed post-acute care center on RWJ University Hospital-Hamilton campus. You will deliver compassionate nursing care, coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, and help residents maintain health and happiness in a welcoming environment.

The role requires an active NJ RN license, LTC or acute-care experience, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Jersey.
• Experience in Acute care LTC or similar settings required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Lead with compassion to provide top-notch nursing care to residents.

Weekend Requirement:

This position requires rotating weekends (on/off schedule). All Per Diem staff must commit to working at least one full weekend per month (both Saturday and Sunday).
