Fayetteville Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The RN will provide direct nursing care to residents, support rehabilitation plans, and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure high standards of care in our long-term care and rehabilitation facility.

The ideal candidate holds a valid RN license, current BLS/CPR, and excels in geriatric and rehabilitation care, communication, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Educate residents and families about care plans and health conditions.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Foster a safe, comfortable environment for residents.
• Supervise and mentor nursing assistants to ensure quality care.
