Job summary

Regency Pacific is seeking an RN to provide medication assistance, nursing services, and resident-focused care in Wenatchee, WA. The role includes training staff, supervising care, and ensuring a home-like environment that promotes independence and dignity for residents.

As an RN, you will handle ADLs, treatments, documentation, and respond to health emergencies within state regulations. New grads are encouraged to apply, with shift differentials for Eve and NOC shifts.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Willingness to train/supervise staff.
• Experience in resident care or long-term care is a plus.

Shift Differentials for Eve and NOC Shifts

As an RN, you are essential to quality resident care. Duties include medication assistance/administration, nursing services, training / supervising staff, and all things related to resident well-being.

As an RN, you will:

• Train staff and assist the director of nursing
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents
• Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations
• Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans
• Know and follow infection control and safety procedures
• Review, update and communicate resident care documentation.
• Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per RN scope of practice and state regulations

You Currently:

• Possess a current RN license in good standing
