Job summary

Regency Pacific in Wenatchee, WA, seeks a Weekend Charge RN to provide essential resident care, supervise staff, and support the nursing director. You will ensure adherence to care plans, maintain infection control, and document care with accuracy in a supportive home-like setting.

Responsibilities

• Train staff and assist the director of nursing.

• Ensure care aligns with resident plans and nursing scope.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Review and communicate resident documentation.
• Evaluate health emergencies per nurse scope and state regulations.

As a Weekend Charge RN, you are essential toquality resident care. Duties include nursing services, training/supervising staff, and all things related toresident well-being.

You will:

• Train staff and assist the director of nursing


• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice,individuality, and a home-like environment for residents


• Assist residents with instrumental activities ofdaily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, resident treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care andindependence, as permitted by state regulations


• Ensure care as indicated on resident treatmentand service plans


• Know and follow infection control and safetyprocedures


• Review, update and communicate resident caredocumentation.


• Evaluate health emergencies to determine medicalmeasures per nurse scope of practice and state regulations

You Currently:

• Possess a current registered nurse license in good standing


• Typical candidates have 1-year of providing supervisionin healthcare. New grads are encouraged to apply!
