Regency Harmony House Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Brewster, WA is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide medication administration, nursing services, and supervision to staff while maintaining a home-like environment for residents.

You will ensure care per resident plans, follow infection control procedures, and document care accurately. New grads are welcome; you must hold an RN license. The facility offers a $5 shift differential from 6 PM to 6 AM and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• New grads encouraged to apply.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Train staff and assist the director of nursing.
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents.
• Assist residents with ADLs and medications, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence.
• Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans.
• Know and follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Review, update and communicate resident care documentation.
• Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per RN scope and state regulations.

We are Regency Harmony House Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, conveniently located in Brewster, WA. We specialize in skilled nursing and long-term care services. We treat each of our residents with individualized compassionate care in a nurturing environment. We are looking for caring and compassionate individuals to join our team.

$5.00 Shift Differential from 6PM to 6AM

As an RN, you are essential to quality resident care. Duties include medication assistance/administration, nursing services, training / supervising staff, and all things related to resident well-being.

As an RN, you will:

• Train staff and assist the director of nursing
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents
• Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations
• Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans
• Know and follow infection control and safety procedures
• Review, update and communicate resident care documentation.
• Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per RN scope of practice and state regulations

You Currently:

• Possess a current RN license in good standing
