Job summary

Regency Pacific is seeking a registered nurse to provide comprehensive care and supervise staff to ensure high-quality resident wellbeing. Responsibilities include medication administration, ADL support, and maintaining a home-like environment while prioritizing privacy and dignity.

You will train staff, ensure care plans are followed, and adhere to infection control and safety procedures, with emphasis on teamwork and resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current RN license in good standing.
• New grads encouraged to apply.
• Demonstrates infection control and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Train staff and assist the director of nursing.
• Support resident dignity, privacy, independence, and home-like environment.
• Assist residents with ADLs, medication administration, treatments, and care while encouraging self-care and independence per state regulations.
• Ensure care aligns with resident treatment and service plans.
• Review, update and communicate resident care documentation.
• Evaluate health emergencies per RN scope of practice and state regulations.

Job description

As an RN, you are essential to quality resident care. Duties include medication assistance/administration, nursing services, training / supervising staff, and all things related to resident well-being.

As an RN, you will:

• Train staff and assist the director of nursing
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents
• Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations
• Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans
• Know and follow infection control and safety procedures
• Review, update and communicate resident care documentation.
• Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per RN scope of practice and state regulations

You Currently:

• Possess a current RN license in good standing
