Job summary

Regency Monroe is seeking part-time Registered Nurses to provide quality resident care in a stable facility setting. Duties include medication assistance/administration, nursing services, and supervising staff to support a home-like environment.

• Must possess a current RN license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Train staff and assist the director of nursing.
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents.
• Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations.
• Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans.
• Know and follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Review, update and communicate resident care documentation.
• Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per RN scope of practice and state regulations.
