Regency Pacific in Wenatchee, WA is offering PRN LPN opportunities with evening and NOC shift differentials. You will provide medication assistance, nursing services, and support resident well-being in a home-like setting. Current LPN license in good standing is required; new grads are encouraged to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Train staff and assist the director of nursing.
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, and a home-like environment for residents.
• Assist residents with ADLs and medications, following state regulations.
• Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans.
• Review and communicate resident care documentation.
• Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per LPN scope.

Shift Differentials for Evening and NOC Shifts!

As an LPN, you are essential to quality resident care. Duties include medication assistance/administration, nursing services, training / supervising staff, and all things related to resident well-being.

You will:

• Train staff and assist the director of nursing
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents
• Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations
• Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans
• Know and follow infection control and safety procedures
• Review, update and communicate resident care documentation
• Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per LPN scope of practice and state regulations

You Currently:

• Possess a current LPN license in good standing
• New grads are encouraged to apply!
